This privacy policy governs your use of the software application (“Crescent HSS App”) for mobile devices that was created by Developer Adox Solutions.

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our Crescent HSS application for mobile (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform". Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services on the Platform, and we request you to uninstall the App. By installing, downloading or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with us and you signify your acceptance to this Terms of Use and other policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Take Down Policy) as posted on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Platform, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register/login with us.

5. Use of Platform and Services

• You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
• Any links in this app may take you out of the app. Those linked sites are not under the control of app and Crescent HSS APP is not responsible for the information or links that may be found on those websites. Crescent HSS APP provides these links only as a convenience, and does not indicate endorsement by app. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate any link at any time for whatever reason we consider appropriate.

6. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities.
